Shana Ingram, M.S.
My name is Shana Ingram. I am a first-year graduate student in the Adolescent Development Lab. I earned a BA in psychology and English from the University of South Carolina Aiken and a MA in clinical psychology from Western Carolina University.
Broadly, I am interested in autonomy and substance use in adolescence. Specifically, I am interested in adolescents’ information management strategies and how discrepancies between actual and desired autonomy may impact outcomes. I am also interested in the relationship between adolescent eating behaviors and parenting practices.
